  • Bad breath is a possible disaster waiting to
    happen. If you have had a history of bad breath,
    have bad teeth, or just ate something such as,
    garlic or onions you will understand the need
    for fresh breath.
  • Friends and family may not want to talk to you if
    your breath stinks, not only would that be hard
    but, imagine being at work and the boss comes and
    wants to talk to you.

  • What Causes Your Breath To Be Bad?
  • There are many reasons for bad breath however,
    the four most common reasons are food and drink,
    tobacco products, lack of oral health, and
    certain diseases.
  • Plaque and acidic buildup can cause your breath
    to stink, this is why Dr. Kezian is a great
    dentist, he can help you take away the plaque and
    acid during a routine dental appointment.

  • Dental brushing is by far the most recommended
    solution. When you brush your teeth, plaque
    acid and other foreign bodies are washed away
    and your mouth will be cleansed.
  • When brushing your teeth, Dr. Kezian and staff
    recommend brushing two times and then, twice or
    three times a day. This will rid your mouth of
    all harmful particles and give you a sense of
    cleanliness. However, dental brushing should
    never be done too often, as this can cause
    bleeding, sores, and ulcers inside of the mouth.
    Always brush the recommended amount.

  • You dont need to be bothered by your bad breath
    anymore it may seem like an impossible feat but
    you deserve the best for your mouth and those
    around you deserve to be around clean breath. If
    you struggle with bad breath, the best way to
    alleviate it is by brushing your teeth two-three
    times a day.
  • You can speak with Dr. Kezian or your local
    Dentist and discuss any questions you have about
    brushing and breath. They may encourage you to
    brush more, chew gum, or mouth-wash. Remember,
    not only is bad breath pesky and hard to deal
    with but it could be a symptom for other
    diseases. You should listen to your breath and
    try to find out what may be causing it.
