  • Everything took place at the church. Politics
    even took place at the church. Monks and friars
    dedicated their lives to God but friars live with
    the society and the monks lived away from the
    society. The natural law was made by Thomas
    Aquinas. The universities were built by the
    religious leaders. Religious architect was
    inspired by religious expression.

Effects of Magna Carta
  • A group of nobles made the Magna Carta to limit
    the kings powers.
  • The effects of the document was that the kings
    cant put random people to jail without evidence.
    He was also not aloud to take something off their
    property.

Changes after Magna Carta
  • The first affects was that kings cant do
    anything to the people without prove of what they
    did.
  • The three things that was on it was no man was to
    do more service for a knights fee, neither we or
    an official will take wood for our castle or
    other purposes unless permission from owner, and
    the last is everyone has a fair trial.
  • The parliament is the low-making body that
    governs England.

  • First the French king dies without a heir to take
    his place.
  • Two men were traced back to him because they were
    his cousins and one was a king the other was a
    French man.
  • When they went to war England had the lead.
  • Joan of Arc help the French troops to beat
    England but the England captured her and burned
    her. This caused them to go brute on them.

  • England lost the war and signed a paper that said
    the war is over, but their democracy grew.
  • In France the kings power grew and they won the
    war.
  • The down fall of the France winning the war was
    that their democracy did not upgrade as I would
    say.
