    without fulfillment. I believe this is true.
  • The statement suggests, I believe differences
    exist between leadership and management.
  • The title of my 2008 article in The Military
    Comptroller, Managing People and Processes,
    suggests managers play a dual role of managing
    both people and processes. They do.
