  • 5 NO SMOKING where food is handled. Do not cough
    or sneeze over food

  • 6 CLEAN all equipment and surfaces as you go
  • 7 PREPARE raw and cooked food in separate areas
  • 8 HANDS OFF food as far as is possible
  • 9 DISPOSE of waste food properly
  • 10 DO NOT BREAK THE LAW. Tell your supervisor if
    you cannot follow the rules.
