  continuing maintenance - Let us know how many
  licenses you wish to maintain
  
• Renewed in March we will need to know interest
  by end of January
  
• Cost will be 10-15 per license per year
  depends on total numbers interested
  
• Will need to submit ISR after we determine the
  price per license
