Mark Bernstein is an electrician by trade who
graduated from Coyne Electrical School in 1988.
He has over twenty one years of experience in
field support of broadband equipment, systems and
subscriber products. Over the years, he has
gained extensive technical skills. He has
significant experience of working with operating
systems such as MS-DOS, Windows NT, Macintosh,
Linux and Unix. He has knowledge about systems
like IBM PC/AT/XT, compatibles, Premium pro, II,
III and IV and languages like Quick basic and
Visual Basic 4.

that provided him LAN/WAN overview, knowledge
about networking fundamentals and TCP/IP custom
course and network topology and design of

2004 to 2006. His son, Matthew graduated from
college in May 2012 with B.S. in accounting. He
is working as a sales accountant at a large
corporation in Marlborough, MA. He also works on
weekends at a retail franchise that sells
sporting goods.
