Joseph F. Rafidi is a volunteer SCORE Counselor
or mentor. He consults people with beginning
their business, and expanding it. He shares his
immense experience, knowledge, and expertise to
help businesses grow their credit scores and
funding resources. He is also on the committee to
form the new South Avenue Merchant's Association,
which is a group for helping business owners to
strengthen the South Avenue corridor. Prior to
counseling, he owned a law firm situated in
Youngstown, Ohio. He attained an undergraduate
degree in Political Science from Youngstown State
University, and completed a Juries Doctorate from
famous Thomas M Cooley Law College. In 1872, some
influential judges and lawyers founded this
prestigious Law college. It is accredited by the
American Bar Association.

Joseph F. Rafidi is a retired attorney who helps

raise their credit score. He provides one-to-one
counseling to the clients to help them fix their
credit score, and become eligible for availing
loan facility. He checks their credit history,
and provides the most suitable solutions to their
problems. Besides being a counselor, he also
represents the Combined Insurance Company. He
offers free consultations to professionals and
business owners, so that they can manage their

ran over 35 political campaigns. He was the
youngest elected member to the Youngstown School
Board and was elected a delegate to the National
Democratic Convention. He is a member of the
Penquin Club, the South County Democratic Club,
and the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber of
Commerce. Being a responsible citizen, Joseph
works for many not-for-profit organizations and
contributes towards the development of the
community.
