• Find out who owns / runs the company
• If the driver intimidates you just mention the
  owners / mangers name
• Get to know the call centre staff they are the
  first point of call

• Never drink and drive
• When getting in a taxi do not allow the driver to
  sense how drunk you are
• Make plans the night before to insure you do not
  travel alone
