• To provide efficient public fire protection and
  emergency service to the Republic of Trinidad and
  Tobago

• To forge a new identity for the Trinidad and
  Tobago Fire Service as the primary organisation
  of motivated professionals, responsible for fire
  and civil defence and to expand our role as
  first responders in all related activities by the
  acquisition and utilisation of modern technology
  and equipment
