• Forms must be in prior to school starting
• Finances must be up to date or arrangements made
  with Business Manager
• Transport must be paid in advance or arrangements
  made with transport company

• Very important that we are all on the same page
• Extra medications kept at school
• No changes without informing school of change

  Golf, Social Skills, Soccer, Virtual Sports,
  Study Skills, and Homework
• Mon - Wed, and Friday (330pm to 5pm)
• Cost is included in aftercare
• Art Enrichment may be extra due to materials
  used
• Study Skills may be extra based on needs

• Clubs Every Thursday
• by invitation or contract only
• 230PM to 930PM
• Saturday and Sunday as needed
• All students will earn rewards provided they
  complete required clubs on Thursday or if they
  have earned the reward through points.

• Uniforms are in stock
• PE Uniforms should be sent with a change of shoes

• Arrival 815
• Strict Start time
• (3) Tardies absence
• Tardy Clubs

Games, Phones, Electronics

• Not allowed unless by contract
• Transport students exception
• Will be confiscated and returned to parents
• Only backpack and lunchbox
• No toys, cards, etc.

Lunches, snacks, drinks

• Order lunch or bring their own
• No microwave access
• No candy, no gum, no chocolate
• No soda, coffee, tea or energy drinks.
• Healthy snacks

KPEC

• Kentwood Parents Enrichment Committee
• Mandatory participation
• Spring Fling, Fall Festival, Movie Nights,
  Bowling, Social Events, Bingo, Dinners etc.
• At Open House will be introduced and sign up for
  different committees
