Students partner with ADACO/SENIOR SERVICES and
the selected ADULT COMMUNITY to interview
residents with the purpose of creating a
reflective life story piece. After creating the
project piece, students return to present each
resident with his or her life-story pictorial.
Projects included scrapbooks, story booklets and
power point videos.
INTERGENERATIONAL INTERVIEW PROJECT

Habitat for Humanity
P.A.L.S. students assist in certain aspects of
construction, maintenance repair while working
alongside volunteers trained professionals

Cultural Diversity Day
The employees of Kimball Medical Center highlight
the diversity of the their staff by hosting an
annual fair. P.A.L.S. students assist at the
tables of their ethnicity, decorate with items
from their countries, and prepare cultural
presentations and foods.
