  • 2. Prepare pond
  • Water gate and system of discharging waste should
    be secured to supply full of water in store pond
    at one time of high tide. Pumping water ought to
    done at middle level . Filling net has to be put
    in fond of gate (size is 9.5mesh/cm2 or
    85mesh/cm2).
  • Store pond should have large enough to can
    contain about 30 of total water in culture one.

  • 1. Pond location
  • Pond should be built up in places in which they
    need to adequate condition such as supplying
    water resource has depth level, and not affected
    by domestic and industrial waste.
  • Pond should be set up in areas have height
    higher than the highest level of tide about 1m in
    order to be easy to discharge water and harvest
    process.
  • Pond ought to construct in points where
    transport is easy, near by food suppliers and
    laboratories. A system of security and
    electricity are guaranteed.

    shrimp. The area of sieve should be 0.4 0.5m2.
    And the quality is 20 -30g for each one.
  • pH, salinity, DO, etc should be checked daily.
    The quality of water (BOD, COD, algae, copepod,
    etc) and disease in ponds have to determined at
    least 01 time/month (normal is 02 time/month).
  • If the color of water disappear, it has to
    stimulate the appearing again.
