12Be Guard/Reserves Friendly!
Today, many young men and women are choosing to
serve the nation through the various Reserve
Components, and a large number of transitioning
(from active duty) service members are choosing
to stay Army, or stay Navy, etc. by
continuing their service, and their training,
through the Reserves. As corporate citizens, we
must adopt policies that support non-career
service in the uniformed services.
