  • Advice about hair loss - Hair loss is a problem
    that many men and women suffer from. I suffered
    from hair loss for several years, until I decided
    to make my own research and find a way to make my
    hair grow to be found. One of the things that
    helped me to fight my hair loss was cut in the
    amount of processed foods that late.
  • Processed foods are foods that altered from
    their natural state. Often this is done for
    convenience. Processed foods contain
    preservatives that help to last longer than
    natural foods, which have not changed. Some of
    the most popular methods for the preservation of
    food are canning and packaging.

  • Canned food (i.e. soup, meat, soft drinks)
    contain chemical additives that prevent the body
    from absorbing the nutrients that foods contain.
    Some of these nutrients are helpful in promoting
    hair growth.
  • Packaged foods (i.e. cookies, chips) contain
    Trans fat, a preservative that increases the
    shelf life of food. Trans fats creating a toxic
    environment in the body, and this makes it
    difficult for her to grow.

  • One change I make to my diet that helped me to
    grow my hair back was cut my consumption of
    canned and packaged food in half. Instead of
    canned chicken soup as a part of my dinner, I
    prepared, for example stir-fried rice with
    chicken and fresh vegetables. By doing this, my
    body was able to get more of the nutrients in the
    meat and vegetables to absorb. I also reduced my
    consumption of soft drinks and fresh juices began
    where my juicer prepared at home to drink.

  • When I was at work, I loved snack on cookies or
    chips in the late afternoon as an energy booster.
    I have those snacks replaced by organic oatmeal
    cookies, yogurt and fresh fruit.
  • After several months of reducing my consumption
    of processed foods and increasing the amount of
    healthy foods that I ate, I noticed that my
    energy levels were higher during the day and my
    hair was starting to grow back. Areas of my head
    where my hair was thinning sported thicker hair,
    and in areas of my scalp where I had lost all my
    hair, I could slowly but gradually its growth.

  • As a result of changing my diet, my body was
    able to get the nutrients it needed to promote
    hair growth received. These changes do not
    require much time to perform they just need a
    strong desire for a healthier lifestyle.
