• The skeleton was found near the Columbia river
• It is over 9,000 years old
• It is one of the oldest skeletons in north
  America

  roots.
• Men hunt for deer, rabbit, mountain goats, sheep,
  and birds.
• Women make warm leather clothing from the skin

• Travel to privet fishing spots.
• Each family has its own section.
• It is time to play.
• There are horse and foot races and games.
• They also trade with other tribes and each other.

• Powwows very important.
• Now are going to school and have big city jobs.
