• Once all college operational units have
  prioritized needs they are submitted to Budget
  Committee in prior years sent to Institutional
  Planning Budget Committee (IPBC)
• Academic Classified Senates, campus committees,
  programs and individuals may develop and submit
  recommendations through Action Plans
