• environmental education has to include CIVIC
  education / engagement / responsibility (so
  activism isnt a bad word!)
• we need to use a wide variety of methods and
  settings to engage / connect people model
  alternatives to inspire people to demand
  policies that support those alternatives
• we need to actively support green politicians
