- Protein (meat, bean, egg) group
- Vegetable group
- Fruit group

- The food pyramid is composed by the U.S.
Department of agriculture, in conjunction with
the American Dietetics Association. - The size of the food group on the pyramid relates
to how often the foods should be eaten in daily
life.

dried fruit and nuts or sunflower seeds.
