  • Symptoms
  • Pain
  • Weakness
  • Reduced range of motion

Head Bend Exercise
  • Gradually bend your head back (dont strain)
  • Now slowly bring it forward until you feel a
    comfortable stretch
  • Repeat 3-4 times

Head Bend Exercise 2
  • Slowly bend your neck to the left until you
    feel a slight stretch
  • Now leisurely stretch to the right side
  • Repeat 3-4 times

Head Turn Exercise
  • Gently turn your head and look over your left
    shoulder hold for a count of 5
  • Now steadily turn your head to look over your
    right shoulder hold for a count of 5
  • Repeat 2-3 times
