Attending the University of Texas at Austin, Gary
Guion earned his Bachelor of Business
Administration at the McCombs School of Business.
He subsequently joined PricewaterhouseCoopers,
LLPs Boston office as a global risk management
solutions associate. He maintained a corporate
performance rating within the top five percent of
the company.

Gary Guion led the comprehensive turnaround of
DaimlerChryslers underperforming extranet, and
helped develop and implement a provisioning
system that enabled American Airlines to reduce
costs associated with acquiring and discharging
employees.From 2007 to 2009, Gary Guion
simultaneously helped manage GGHH Holdings Inc.
and handled real estate structured finance
transactions for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.

Within two years at the mortgage-banking firm, he
had closed on 45 transactions, including equity,
debt, and complex financing deals. These
transactions had an accumulative value of more
than 750 million. During his tenure at Holliday
Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., Gary Guion also evaluated
more than 3 billion in potential deals and
founded critical partnerships between clients and
institutional equity lenders and fund managers.

Gary Guion laid the groundwork for his present
leadership roles through work as an Associate
with PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P., shortly
after receiving his degree. He spent two years
working with the firms Global Risk Management
sector, a position in which he earned elite
ranking within the company. During his time with
the firms Boston branch, Gary Guion and his team
succeeded in revitalizing a DaimlerChrysler
extranet through an expenditure-curbing strategy
that highlighted individual accountability for
the organizations employees.
