• Eligible individuals who complete an HRA within
  specified time periods during 2009 will receive
  an award for their efforts

• A gift card worth 50
• How will you be notified of the award?
• You will receive an email from Hallmark Insights
  notifying you of the award
• The notification email will include instructions
  about how to redeem the award
• Select from over 300 companies to redeem your
  award
• Eligible employees may receive only one gift card
  per year
