On Christmas Eve, my familys dinner consists of
a meal of seven fishes. We have had squid,
clams, mussels, shrimp, lobster, oysters, and
swordfish. This is an Italian tradition that my
family brought to the United States when they
came here. Fishing is important because Italy
is surrounded by water.
