    culture, and Egyptians frequently stretched their
    earlobes to accommodate ornate pieces of jewelry

  • When a preserved man was found encased in ice in
    the 1990s it was found that the man had
    approximately 57 tattoos of dots and designs, and
    had a pierced septum.
  • The iceman was believed to have lived in 3300 BC.
