Introduction
  • Nile Crocodiles are slowly becoming more
    endangered with only 25,000 left in the world.
    There are many reasons to this, read this power
    point to find out more about this. You will find
    out things like birds will clean out the germs
    from a crocodiles mouth or maybe, even though
    they look dangerous nile crocodiles aren't
    vicious aslong as you don't annoy them.

                  Crocodiles litter
  • They lay from 25 to 80 eggs they female or male
    crocodile can help the egg hach by rolling it
    back and forth on the tongue.

  • Crocodiles have the most highly developed brain
    for reptiles.
  • They can reach 20 feet in length
  • Crocodiles are basicly dinosaurs they are the
    only unchanged animal for 20 million years.
  • Nile crocodiles are the 2nd largest crocodile

Diet
  • They eat hippos, lions, relephants but these
    animals also hunt crocodiles. They don't just eat
    land animals they also eat fish. If they see
    somthing they would like to eat they will stalk
    it untill it's in their stomach.

Habitat
  • Nile Crocodiles live
  • in marshes,
  • wetlands, lakes
  • and rivers around
  • South Africa.
  • Sometimes their
  • rivers are near
  • small villages but
  • they don't attack
  • the villages.

Why they are endangered?
  • Crocodiles are endangered because 300 million
    worth of crocodile skin is sold every year. But
    it's not just our fault they are endangered they
    are hunted by lions, hippos and other animals.
    The process is you get the scales die them black
    or another colour and then put it on leather.
