- Mediclaim coverage for self family.
Family includes Self, Spouse, Parents
Children. - Mediclaim coverage up to the age of 80 years.
- Maternity coverage from the inception of the
policy without waiting period. - Cash less facility. Isssuance of Photo ID Card
for availing Cash less facility in the Listed
Hospitals

4Group Mediclaim Policy
- Mediclaim on floater basis. Under this floater
scheme the sum insured for the individual family
members will be added and the total insured
amount will be treated as sum insured for family
members. - Corporate buffer to the tune of 10 lakhs. This
facility will come in handy during the situation
where an employee utilizes his/her sum insured
for the treatment and if he / she needs an
additional amount for treatment, the same can be
utilized from the corporate buffer.
5Prerequisites for Claim Submission
- The Period of Hospitalization should be greater
than 24 hours in a hospital which is Registered - Ensure that the Hospital has 15 beds, qualified
nurses, Round the clock duty doctors (qualified)
an equipped Operation Theater. - Any Receipt, Bill, Discharge Summary or any
documents should not be addressed "To Whom so it
may Concern
6Procedure for Claim Submission
- Collect a Medical Reimbursement Format from HR
- Ensure that you fill the form completely and
attach the relevant documents like original
discharge summary, bills, prescriptions.
7 Important Note
a) The Nominee's Name, DOB Relationship should
be mentioned clearly in the Nomination Form
in-order to avoid discrepancies during the Claim
Processing b) Incase of any Additions/Deletions
in the Nomination List provided by the Employee,
kindly intimate it to the HR Department as soon
as possible
8Checklist for Claim Submission
Original Discharge Summary / Report from the
Hospital with the following details
Medical investigation/diagnostic test Bills
must be accompanied by photocopies of the

10Group Personal Accident Policy
- All employees on rolls
- 24 hrs coverage
- Can avail only in case of accident
- 1 of sum assured as weekly compensation
- Compensation restricted to Rs.5000/- per week
- Sum assured (Basic)5yrs.
- Accidental death, sum assured will be paid
11Group Gratuity Scheme
- Reward for long meritorious service
- Service Period of Five Years or more
- 15 days of Basic for every completed year of
service - Incase of Premature Death Gratuity will be paid
upto the age of Retirement - Need to Submit Nomination Form

- EDLI stands for Employees Deposit Linked
Insurance Scheme - Exemption obtained from PF for better benefits to
employees - Incase of premature death, Rs.62,000/- is assured
- Double accident benefit of Rs.1,24,000/-
15GROUP SUPERANNUATION SCHEME
- To provide retirement benefit in terms of pension
to the employees after their retirement. - Enployees in the Grades MN1 to MN5 and G2 to G5
are covered. - Minimum of 1 year is mandatory for availing the
benefit. - Company contributes 15 of an employees monthly
earned basic. - At the time of retirement or resignation, the
employee can specify his choice for availing the
benefit.
16Loans Advances
- Salary Advance
- All Employees
- Any Specific Purpose
- Amount equivalent to One month's Salary Twice in
a Year
17Festival Loan
- Employees in the grade O S
- During any Major Festival
- Amount equivalent to Two months Salary or
Rs.10,000/- which ever is lower - Once in a Year
- The Loan taken will be deducted from the salary
in 10 equal monthly instalments
18Privilege Loan
- Eligibility for all Employees
- House Rent Advance, Children School Admission
Amount equivalent to Five months Salary once in a
Year - The Loan taken will be deducted from the salary
in 12 equal monthly instalments - Bills/ receipts paid or prospectus / fee
structure of the school or college towards
admission need to be produced along with loan
application.
19Marriage Loan
- All Employees
- Own Wedding, Marriage of dependant children or
dependant sisters - Employees who have completed three years of
service can take amount equivalent to six months
salary or Rs.40,000/- which ever is lower
deducted in 20 instalments - Employees with less than three years of service
can take amount equivalent to three months salary
or Rs.25,000/- which ever is lower deducted in
15 instalments - Four times during his or her service .Wedding
invitation card should be enclosed with the Loan
application
20Emergency Loan
All Employees Hospitalisation, Serious Accident.
For extended family members - the amount
equivalent to three months salary can be
availed The Loan taken will be deducted from the
salary in 15 equal monthly instalments
21Procedure for applying Loan
- Loan should be applied in the Prescribed Loan
Format only. Loan application shall be submitted
through the department / Functional head to the
HRD Department - If any Loan is pending, further loan will not be
allowed except in case of emergency.when one
emergency loan is pending, another emergency loan
shall not be given - Second Loan for higher amount to foreclose the
previous loans shall not be allowed
22Procedure for applying Loan

If the Loan is taken before 15th of a month it
will be deducted in the same month's salary. If
the Loan is taken after 15th of a month it will
be deducted in the next month's salary
23General Conditions (continued)
- Note
- Any loan amount equivalent to Rs.20,000/- or more
shall attract Income Tax -
- The interests on such loan amount shall be
treated as perquisites for Income Tax purposes as
per the Income Tax Act
24Company Leave Policy
- PL - 30 Days
- CL - 7 Days
- SL - 7 Days
- PBL - 6 Days
- National Festival Holidays as per Act
- Loss of Pay (authorised/unauthorised)
25Probationary Leave
- 6 days during probation period
- Unavailed probationary leave shall lapse at the
end of the probation period
26Casual Leave
- 7 days a year
- Max. 2 days at a time
- Unavailed casual leave shall lapse at the end of
the calendar year
27Sick Leave
- Maximum 7 days a year
- Can be accumulated upto 28 days
- Medical Certificate required for more than 3
consecutive days
28Privilege Leave
- Can avail only after one year of service
- Maximum 30 days in a year
- Minimum 3 days to be availed
- Maximum 3 times in a year
- Can be accumulated till 120 days
- Can be encashed every year
- Intervening holidays treated as part of leave
29Leave Encashment
- Unavailed PL in excess of 20 days can be encashed
every year - Requisition to reach HRD for leave encashment
- Encashment along with salary revision
30Perquisite Basket
- Perquisite Basket amount can be claimed in
following ways - Medical Reimbursement submitting the medical
bills and can get claimed - Conveyance up to 2500/-month shall be claimed
using claim form - Meal Vouchers 1690 worth meal vouchers will be
provided.
31Birthday Gift Scheme
- All Permanent employees are eligible
- Reimbursable Gift Amount - Rs.750/-
- Can be utilised for Restaurent bills, Purchase
of cloths and cakes only
32Marriage Gift Scheme
- All Permanent employees are eligible
- Gift Amount - Rs.2500/-
