  • 6th Ward-Midtown Area-Wide Assessment
  • Four areas presented to neighborhood group for
    consideration (see next slide).
  • Area selected includes 4 block area bounded by
    Roberts, Railroad, Oakes, and Lyndale.
  • Limited Phase I ESA to be completed will not
    comply with ASTM 1527-05 or AAI.
  • Report will recommendation Phase I ESA be
    completed at specific properties.
  • Report will be included as environmental piece to
    6th Ward-Midtown neighborhood plan.
  • MC Beebe to share vision for the neighborhood.
