Steps to Construct a Circle Graph

• Lets use the following frequency table as an
  example.

Step 1

• Step 1 Convert each ratio to a decimal.
• (Example)
• Art 4,864 44,132 0.11
• Find decimals for the rest of the subjects.

Step 2

• Step 2 Multiply each decimal by 360 to find the
  angle for each section of the graph.
• Example
• 0.11 360 39.6 (round to 40o)
• Find the rest of the angles for the other
  subjects.

Step 3

• Step 3 Use a compass and a protractor to draw
  the graph using the angles found.

Step 4

• Step 4 Remember to title and label your graph!
• Each section of the graph should be labeled with
  the category that it represents.
