- Keep physically active.
- Aerobic activity weight bearing exercise.
- Dont smoke.
- Drink alcohol in moderation.
- Eat a healthy diet that has adequate Calcium and
Vitamin D - Vitamin A, C, Magnesium, and zinc, as well as
protein help build strong bones, too. - Include lean meat, fish, green leafy vegetables,
and oranges. - Make your home safe by reducing the chances of
falling.

Salmon 1 egg (in Yolk) 1 cup of Vitamin D
