Reporter genes
Using molecular biology tools we can place in
front of the promoter different gene that have
some properties that can be detected using
microscope, CCD camera, PET or MRI.

In vivo imaging of LRP in 9L brain tumors

In this presentation we discuss two putative
reporter genes that can be imaged with MRI. Both
of the genes are based on Chemical Exchange
saturation transfer contrast mechanism.
