Museum, The Arch de Triomphre and Notre Dame.

the Eiffel Tower which sits on the banks of the
river Seine.
4SUZANNE LENGLEN
- Suzanne Rachel Flore Lenglen (24 May 1899 4
July 1938) was a French tennis player who won 13
Grand Slam titles from 1914 through 1926. A
flamboyant, trendsetting athlete, she was the
first female tennis celebrity and one of the
first international female sport stars. - In June 1938, the French press announced that
Lenglen had been diagnosed with leukemia. Only
three weeks later, she went blind. She died of
pernicious anemia on July 4, 1938. She is buried
in the Cimetière de Saint-Ouen at Saint-Ouen near
Paris.
5French Cuisine
France is famous for its wine, champagne and
cheese. Brie is one of the most famous French
cheeses. Champagne is originally from France
named after the place Champagne which borders
Paris.
