Smoke Alarms

• Make sure you have an alarm in your house
• Test alarms weekly
• Change the batteries at least once a year

Never play with matches

• Have your parents help with matches
• Always dip the match in water after use
• Matches are NOT toys

Stop-Drop-Roll

• If your clothes catch on fire..
• DONT RUN
• 1)STOP
• 2)drop to the ground
• 3)cover face with your hands, and roll

Crawl and door check

• When in a burning building, always crawl, this
  keeps you below the smoke and dangerous fumes.
• Before going through a door in a burning
  building, lightly touch a door to see if it is
  hot. If the door is hot, theres a good chance
  that there are flames on the other side.

Family meeting

• Every family should have a meeting place outside,
  away from any buildings, to meet incase of a fire.
