In the beginning Mrs. Miller, our classroom
teacher talked to the class about making a
multicultural quilt. It would have flags and
symbols from all of our countries. The whole
class was very excited.

All the class was looking at the quilt. They were
very excited.

We were cutting white cloth to place on the quilt.

We put a picture of a flag that represents the
9/11 tragedy.

After that, our class put their design on by
ironing it on. When we were finished we drew our
hands in the empty space then we wrote our
countries name in it.

The whole class was going to the computer lab to
look at the pictures that we were going to put on
the quilt.

We iron the designs on to the quilt. You needed
to press for one to three minutes. We also
ironed on the pictures that were draw and
scanned.

These are the girls that helped Mrs.Miller do the
quilt, showing the designs that they put on the
quilt.

We worked for our best teacher, Mrs. Miller it
was excellent to work with her. Our work was
successfully done because we worked as a team!!!
