Parts List

• Screwdriver
• Ratchet set
• Installation Kit
• Wiring harness (for your specific automobile)
• Wire cutters/crimpers
• Electrical tape

Instructions

• Removal of old stereo
• Wire Connection
• Reinstallation of New Stereo

Removal

• Disconnect the battery!!!
• To remove the old stereo first remove the two
  screws that are just below the radio itself.
• After this you should be able to pull the entire
  radio as illustrated in the next frame
• Disconnect the lighter wire and the extra 12v
  wire from the panel
• After that all you need to do is disconnect the
  old wiring harness from the radio

• The two screws are located as shown
• The whole area that is black will come off
  together
• There are two wires connected on the back of the
  lighter and the extra 12v circled

Wiring

• The harness will need to be pulled apart
• Leave the old harness in the vehicle
• Get the wiring harness that you bought from the
  store for your vehicle

• The harness will have the same color wires as the
  head unit usually so connect the matching wires
• Make sure you disconnect the wire harness from
  the new stereo
• Tape or crimp the wires together (electrical
  tape/wire crimpers)

Check

• Before you get ready to put everything back
  together plug the wiring harnesses together.
• Then plug them into the radio
• Connect the battery and check to see if the radio
  is working
• If it is not check all of your wiring (maybe
  rewire)
• Next reinstall your new stereo

Reinstall

• Now you will need to take the sleeve off of your
  new stereo
• You will have your installation kit ready
• Put the sleeve into the kit and bend the metal
  holders so that it doesnt move
• Reconnect the wiring harness to the vehicle
• Install the installation kit

Reinstall Cont.

• Connect the accessory wire to the back of the
  panel as well as the lighter
• Put the panel back on the dash
• Insert the two screws
• Now you must connect the harness to the radio
• Then slide the radio in the sleeve till it locks
  you will hear a snap
• Your done listen and enjoy
