EARLY BIRD INCENTIVES FOR 15 LAKH MT WAREHOUSING
CAPACITY
- Capital Investment Subsidy
- 15 on more than INR 1 Cr.
- Interest Subsidy
- 5 per annum on term loan of 7 years with
investment of Rs.1 Cr. - Expansion of Existing Warehousing
- capital investment of at least INR 1 Cr.
- 10 land of all industrial areas
- Earmarked for warehousing facilities in the
existing and proposed green field industrial
estates/clusters -

- Construction of Godowns of the required capacity
at approved locations with management and
operation by the entrepreneur - Minimum capacity is 5000 MT and bidding to be
carried out on lowest rental quote - Rs. per
quintal per month - Entrepreneur allowed to develop additional
storage capacity or value addition facility in
the same premises

Raisen, Harda, Jabalpur and Hoshangabad

- CAPITAL SUBSIDY OF 25 up to a maximum of 2.25
Cr. and to a maximum capacity of 30,000 MT - SPECIAL INCENTIVES of SC/ST and Women
Entrepreneurs - CONSTRUCT GODOWN outside the limits of Municipal
Corporation area and under this scheme can be
combined with the incentives available under the
PEG scheme of Government of India
