1947 AD The UN voted to end British control of
Palestine and to divide the country into a Jewish
and Arab state.

In Joel 32, the prophet said that the nations of
the world will be judged for having scattered the
people of Israel and for having divided up (or
parted or partitioned) the land of Israel. On
November 29, 1947, when the United Nations
General Assembly approved a motion to partition
the land, which at that time was called
Palestine. The partition plan divided the land
into two separate states, one for Jewish people
and another for Arab people. Today, that
partitioning is interlocked with many political
problems as the Jews seek to reclaim the land
promised to them in the Bible (see Genesis 1518,
Genesis 2810-17 and Genesis 359-12), and the
Arabs seek to create a homeland for
Palestinians - Arabs who have lived in that
land for many generations.

Defense ministers from close allies Iran and
Syria on Thursday signed an agreement for
military cooperation against what they called the
"common threats" presented by Israel and the
United States. In a joint press conference,
Iranian Defense Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar
and visiting Syrian counterpart Hassan Turkmani
said their talks had been aimed at consolidating
their defense efforts and strengthening support
for one another.

the terrorists who are waging Jihad on
them.Amos 13-5 States that Syria will come
against Israel four times, and then will be made

In 1973, Israel came with 20 kilometers of
Damascus - Russia stepped in and informed the
world that if they continue, it willbe world war
three. If Israel had destroyed Damascus then,
this prophecy could not have been
fulfilled!Additionally, Russia is backing
Damascus - when Damascus attacks Israel again, it
will be destroyed, and it will cause
theprophecies in Ez. 38 and 39 to be fulfilled -
Russia, the bear of the north along with Muslim
nations will be forced to attack Israel, but God
will intervene!

TEL AVIV MENL -- Israel's military has been
preparing for the increasing prospect of a war
with Syria in a confrontation expected to include
Iran and Hizbullah. The General Staff has
discussed an assessment by the military's
Northern Command of an emerging threat from Syria
and Hizbullah over the next year. Northern
Command said a weakened Syria, under pressure
from the United States to withdraw from Lebanon,
was likely to approve an Iranian-Hizbullah
campaign against Israel. Military sources said
this assessment was the latest by several senior
officers who envision a major war with Syria by
2007.

Heb 928 so Christ, having been offered once to
bear the sins of many, will appear a second time,
not to deal with sin but to save those who are
eagerly(patiently) waiting for him. This is
what is commonly called the Rapture at the
second coming Yeshuah deals with sin, but at the

  (away, up), pluck, pull, take (by force),
  gathered.
• In Latin this is RAPIO. It is from rapio that we
  get the word Rapture.
• Thus, "Rapture" has the literal meaning of being
  caught up, gathered, or snatched away.

  the hour or passages talking about Yeshuah coming
  like a thief in the night are all talking about
  the Rapture of the Christian not the second
  coming!

fight Him in the valley of Megiddo and they will
be waiting there for him on the very day!Rev

demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad

Second ComingRev 1919 And I saw the beast
and the kings of the earth with their armies
gathered to make war against him who was sitting
on the horse and against his army. Rev 1920
And the beast was captured, and with it the false
prophet who in its presence had done the signs by
which he deceived those who had received the mark
of the beast and those who worshiped its image.
These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire
that burns with sulfur.

The Rapture is the most glorious event that will
ever occur in history. It is when the Christian
(both those who have died and those who are
alive, will be taken to be with Yeshuah Christ.
This is the first resurrection. This is the
glorious appearing of Yeshuah Christ to the world!
