How to Access Your Announcements
  • Post your announcements to MediaCast.
  • Your district must set this site up for you.
  • Post your announcements to your website.

Troubleshooting
  • Be aware of the format in which you save your
    videos. Some formats are not compatible with all
    computers or programs.
  • Be prepared for technical difficulties!
  • Do not wait until the last minute to film!
  • Make sure to have a jump drive or other storage
    device with at least one GB of memory.

  • Make sure that each person on your team knows how
    to use the equipment and software needed for your
    production.
  • Make sure to have a list or schedule of students
    who will act as newscasters.
  • Make sure to have all information for the
    production readily available before you begin
    filming. (lunch, birthdays, special
    announcements, etc.)
