    pollute the land.

  • The Zimbabwe Territory is made up of two
    countries Zimbabwe and Botswana.
  • Located in south central Africa, they were
    formerly known as Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) and
    Bechuanaland (Botswana).
  • Zimbabwe is about the size of Montana and
    Botswana the size of Texas.

Salvation Army on call
  • The Salvation Army runs four hospitals in the
    territory.
  • In addition to numerous schools, The Salvation
    Army has seven vocational programs to help people
    find jobs,
  • A new Salvation Army songbook (hymnal), written
    in the native language of Shona, has been
    published.
  • The Masiye Orphan Training Center assists
    children orphaned by AIDS by teaching home
    management skills and offering counseling.

  • The Salvation Armys Howard and Tshelanyemba
    Hospitals provide excellent medical care to many
    people throughout the region.
  • Usher Secondary School and Howard High School
    bring a Christian perspective to education.
