Welcome to the first truly integrated point of

have learned about the Fusion Retail Solution,
lets take a look at some of the additional
features that will give you the edge over your
competition. It has over 150 special features
built in, helping you gain control of your

your bottom line. Lets take a tour on what you

Add a Customer
Create a marketing only or accounting system
customer directly from the register.

Inventory Search
This screen gives you have the ability to search
for inventory items based description, item key,
upc and more. This information is pulled directly
from your accounting system providing you up to
the minute inventory counts.

Multi Location Inventory Search
From this screen you have the ability to search
inventory items across each location. Check the
availability of your product for every store.

Modify Customer
Modify a customers address, phone number or
loyalty ID directly from the register. Fusion
will also display credit limits for each
individual customer.

Customer History
Track a customers entire transaction history
with Fusion. This will enable you to provide the
type of customer service your customer deserves.
Have you ever had a customer say, I am looking
for that thingy that works with my
what-cha-macall-it that I bought the last time I
was in here? Search past history to determine
which product they were talking about and enhance
the customer experience by letting them know what
they bought.

Add a Comment
Fusion allows you to add special customer
comments for delivery, product type, or any
additional information you choose. Enter in a
future shipping date, item, description, color or
special comments on any purchase.

Special Orders Layaways
Fusion allows you to create special orders for
future ship dates and layaways, simply press Alt
S to create your special order or layaway
transaction.

Voids
Retailers need their frontline employees to move
people through the checkout line quickly. Fusion
enables them to void a single item or entire
purchase.

Discounts

Price Changes
Fusion allows your employees or managers to
change the price on any item. Simply select F5
and Fusion will detail the item and description
and show you the original price. Simply enter in
the new price and your customer is on their way.

Quantity Changes
Fusion allows your employees or managers to
change the quantity on any item. After scanning
the item, select F6 and enter in the new quantity.

Tax Changes
Fusion allows your employees or managers to
change the tax on any item. After scanning the
item, select Alt T and select the tax code.

Gift Cards
Fusion Gift Card Server allows your employees to
quickly and easily sell gift gift cards to your
customers.

expiration date, auto number and more from our

For added security, Fusion allows you to track
the clerk per sale. This is a great tool for
retail enterprises with multi-clerks per register.

To process a Multi Ship Transaction, select ALT
F9

You can then use the menu to select your
fulfillment method.

You are now ready to process the transaction,
note the screen displays the method of
fulfillment for each item.

Multiple Currency Support
Once you have scanned the product you can then
bring up the tender screen. You may have as many
currency types as you would like available to
your customers. You may then select the currency
to be used.

Note that it auto calculates the exchange rate
showing the change in the foreign currency (JMD)
as well as the home currency (USD) .

Select F6 to prompt your employees to log their
time from main screen

Enter in you ID and password to log into Fusion
and log your time.
Managers can log in separately or adjust time
login time for employees.

Fusion will display both the user and time,
including the activity (whether they clock in, go
to break or clock out). Employees can log in at
the beginning of their shift, for breaks and log
off at the end of their shift.

End of Day Z-Tape
Fusion requires a manager password for employees
to clock out to tally the end on day money.
When complete, your manager can log into your
cash lite module to enter in end of day money
levels.

Select F4 to close the drawer. Fusion verifies
that you do indeed want to close and once
selected verifies that the Z-Tape printed

You are now taken to your drawer count screen.
Note you can see the payouts and if money was
added during the day. Select cash to begin
counting
