  • A brain injury, whether mild or severe, is a
    tragedy for the victim and the entire family.
    Traumatic brain injury refers to any injury that
    is caused by a trauma to the head. If the
    accident that leads to the traumatic brain injury
    was the result of another entitys negligence,
    then that entity may be liable for the injury.

  • Often leave the victim with significant brain
    damage.
  • Brain damage can affect the victims physical
    function, social skills, as well as the ability
    to think and comprehend.
  • Some of the physical functions that can be lost
    are the ability to focus and bladder and bowel
    problems.
  • May leave the victim with the inability to do
    many of the things they once did.
