Trevor Patzer is Founder and Executive Director
of Little Sisters Fund, a non-profit organization
that aims at educating girls in Nepal and
protecting them from child labor, child marriage
and child trafficking. He founded this
organization in 1998 and since then, has handled
the PR, growth, development, and all fund
initiatives. He manages the endowment and has
raised over 5M for female education since
inception. His responsibilities include
supervising 6 full-time and 30 part-time
volunteer workers in Nepal and managing more than
400 scholarship accounts. He also manages
foundation grants that amount to over than
300,000 annually. Considering the importance of
education in making societies and lives of
individuals better, Trevor Patzer aims to provide
hope, opportunity, and a future to vulnerable
girls in Nepal. He is dedicated and committed to
making a difference in the lives of poor girls
through the gift of education.

Before founding the Little Sisters Fund, Trevor
Patzer worked for COMO Hotels and Resorts, and
HPL Properties in Bhutan, Indonesia, Singapore,
Maldives, and India. He also worked at Episcopal
High School, Alexandria, VA, as an Assistant
Director of Admissions. His job responsibilities
involved recruiting, interviewing, evaluating,
and selecting the entering class of students. He
was a member of the financial aid committee,
student advisor, Head rowing coach and taught a
2-week senior seminar on WWII. Before joining
Episcopal High School, he did various jobs as a
consultant in Boston, MA. He also taught
Psychology to 25 NH High School students in the
summer of 1996.

Trevor Patzer studied in St. Paul's School,
Concord, NH from 1989 to 1992. St. Paul's School
is a prestigious co-educational, boarding school,
which is affiliated with Episcopal Church. The
school is a member of the oldest independent
school athletic association in the US. While
studying in the school, he captained varsity
cross-country running and skiing. He was also
two-time undefeated national rowing champion. He
completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Psychology from Brown University and was a member
of the varsity rowing team. Trevor led business
re-engineering and design courses as a teaching
assistant. In 1996, he joined University of
Virginia and received his Masters Degree in
Educational Administration from UVA. He received
St. Paul's School Distinguished Alumni Award for
Leadership and Outstanding services in 2005. He
was also honored with the Dalai Lamas Unsung
Heroes of Compassion Award 2009.
