• Every student will have the privilege
• (READ responsibility)
• to not be in study hall.
• Applause please

WHY?

• We see leadership. Responsibility.
  Trustworthiness. We see all of this in THIS
  senior class.
• I truly believe this is the class to be the pilot
  group for this opportunity.

What do we expect of you?

• Be there (wherever there is) or be square.
• Once we get student ID cards, you must have it
  with you.
• An important thingI do not want to have to
  MANAGE this (just like I do not want to manage
  senior outside lunch spot).

Where oh where can I go?

• IMPORTANT NOTE
• All first period students must check in with Mrs.
  Leonard in the cafeteria.
• Students are expected to be in the following
  spots
• Balcony above media center
• Balcony above retail store
• Cafeteria/Senior outside spot if 4th/6th period
• Library senior space
• Choose to stay in study hall
• Other spots may be earned as time goes on

Where oh Where can I not go?

• Simply put
• anywhere you are not supposed to go
• Commons
• No stoppin and chattin it up.
• Academic Wings
• Unless you have a pass to a teacher
• Student Services to hang out
• Outside the building
• These are all reasons you would be LOPped.
• (LOP -gt Loss of Privilege)

Library expectations

• The library will be available for seniors to go
  during their study hall.
• If you wish to use a computer, you must follow
  the current procedure of signing up ahead of
  time.
• Seniors may still get a library pass ahead of
  time as they do now.
• In the event that the library is full due to
  classes using the library, a note will be
  displayed informing seniors that they cannot come
  in on that day. NO ARGUMENTS HERE.

What if I

• Receive ISS?
• Fail any classes?
• Have more than 5 unexcused absences for the day
  OR to any class periods
• You will be LOPped!
• You will lose the study hall privilege for the
  quarter.

AND

• If I leave campus during study hall, I will
• Earn consequence for skipping
• Lose parking privilege for set time
• LOSE the You Decide Privilege

If I lose the privilege what do I do?

• Student will be notified from Mrs. Oyer as soon
  as possible.
• Seniors who lose the privilege will return to
  study hall.
• Seniors are expected to remain in study hall.
• If you fail a class at progress report time, you
  can earn the privilege back at report card time.
  If you fail it at report card time, you can earn
  it back at progress report time.
• If you earn 5 unexcused absences, you will lose
  the privilege for a minimum of 22 days.
• If you earn ISS, you will lose the privilege for
  a minimum of 22 days.

How do we keep this privilege as a class?

• Cleanliness
• If you bring it in, take it out.
• Quiteness
• It aint a party, yo.
• Responsibilityness
• You earned it by being stellarstay stellar,
  super stars!
• We will check it all out and see if we should
  continue the YOU DECIDE privilege at the end of
  each quarter.
