  specialized industrial chemicals that are in

• Archean Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd (ACI)
  represents the Groups thrust to produce Sulphate
  of Potash, Gypsum, Bromine and several industrial
  chemicals through conversion of naturally
  available marine mineral deposits. 
• Aria Chemicals (Orissa) Ltd., a joint venture
  with IFFCO, will manufacture low bulk density
  Aluminium Fluoride, an important additive for
  production of Aluminium through electrolysis.
• Pearl Industrial Chemicals Co. W.L.L, Bahrain is
  a USD 100 million JV with EBH Holding, Bahrain
  for the manufacture of Aluminium Fluoride (high
  density), a key ingredient in the Aluminium
  smelting process.

Shipping and Shipbuilding

• The Group, consisting of exporters, added to its
  stature by advancing into Shipping. 
• As busy exporters, speedy movement of produce to
  destinations across the globe is vital to the
  Group's success and reputation.

  ships in operation -1 panamax, 4 super handy max
  and 4 handysize. Further acquisitions, which
  include five double-hull bulk carriers, are under
  way. .
• GML turned its assets into solid performance by
  transporting cement, granite, steel, iron ore,
  coal, wheat, fertilizers and other dry bulk
  commodities to destinations across the world.
• Goodearth Shipbuilding Private Limited (GSPL) is
  planning to develop a shipyard in
  Silambimangalam, Cuddalore. Development of yard
  would be done in Phases, in line with the market
  and economic conditions.
