    Satellite connectivity, etc.) - where no
    expertise exists

    technology (synergies with micro-lending, poverty
    alleviation, etc.)

    applications, technologies, etc. Co-operation
    with other UN Agencies, Donors, and Private
    Sector players
  • With financial support for cost-sharing of IT
