  • It is commonly stated that breakfast is the most

  • Theres a difference between skipping breakfast
    and other forms of fasting or restriction, and
    even the diets that include fasting days still
    make room for breakfast.

    Assosciation (AHA) journal (Circulation),
    concluded that eating breakfast was associated
    with significantly lower CHD risk.
