Gregg T. Warburton of Canton MA is a highly
skilled person who has amazing interpersonal and
communication skills. He served at Verizon/Bell
Atlantic for more than 20 years, and worked his
way to the top from being the Business Customer
Service Center to an Outside Plant Engineer.
During his tenure as an Outside Plant Engineer
with Verizon, he managed the designing and
building of high capacity circuits.

His solid technical background along with his
proven problem solving skills provided him an
opportunity to guide the strategic planning and
layout of an outside plant network for existing
and new customers. Being a professional team
builder and motivator, he was recognized by the
management as a proactive manager providing
consistent quality performance. His technical and
computer knowledge includes Windows 2000/XP, the
Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Visio,
Internet, Word, Outlook, Excel, web-based
applications, Microsoft Access, Siebel, etc.

Serving as a Project Manager for the Central
Artery, Third Harbor Tunnel, Gregg Warburton T.
(resident of Canton MA) took the responsibility
of transferring 2.5 million lines from copper to
wire fed facilities. He played a key part in
performing detailed planning, structuring, the
project, and managing project execution and final
completion. He is a multi-talented individual and
some of his talents include evaluating risks,
defining the phase deliverables, recommending
contingency plans, and scheduling roles and
resources.

His areas of expertise include client relations,
project management, telecommunications, financial
management, logistics, strategic planning,
network design, and employee training. He has
extra training in Alpha IV, Hill Associates, and
has also taken additional courses in data
communication. Also, he is a JH Carr Alzheimers
Foundation committee member and an esteemed
member of Pioneers of America Organization.

During his free time, Gregg lifts free weights
and attends spin class. He played basketball for
40 years, and tennis and golf for 35 years. In
addition, he likes going to movies and reading.
He lives with his wife, a son, two daughters, a
Himalayan cat, and a Maine Coon cat.
