the Benelux Chapter Chair.
Anantha Chandrakasans talk on the Design of
Ultra-Low Power Systems, 24 March 2006, was the
chapters inaugural event.
5SSCS Uruguay Chapter Organizes 5th Ibero-American
Congress, 26-29 September in Montevideo, Uruguay
- Held biannually, IBERSENSOR is a forum of
the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking scientific
community, working in the fields of development
of sensors of every kind and their applications. -
- The event in 2006 is being organized by the SSCS
Uruguay chapter chaired by Enrique D. Ferreira. - The IBERSENSOR conference has been successfully
held on four occasions in Havanna, Cuba in 1998,
in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2000, in Lima, Peru
in 2002, and in Puebla, Mexico in 2004. -

August 4, 2006, chaired by Stephen Leibiger. - Croatia Joint SSCS/EDS Chapter as of August 9,
2006, chaired by Petar Biljanovic. -
Kitchener-Waterloo Update
- Existing joint SSCS/EDS chapter has become two
separate single chapters, SSCS (chaired by Shahab
Ardalan) and EDS (chaired by Dr. Siva
Sivoththaman).
