Introduction

• A new line of S-Methoprene products called
  Aquaprene has been developed based on 50 years
  of mosquito control experience.
• Methoprene is well-known for its selectivity and
  effectiveness against mosquitoes
• The short half life of Methoprene is great for
  the environment but also a challenge to formulate
  
• B2E has developed a formulation technology known
  as SmartDose which is used in all Aquaprene
  formulations

SmartDose controlled release technology

• Regulates S-Methoprene release at parts per
  billion levels in water for extended control
• Protects methoprene from ultraviolet degradation
• Releases only in water
• Un-released methoprene remains protected when
  sites dry, making it available to control
  subsequent broods
• Allows pre and post-hatch treatments at lower
  application rates

Aquaprene WP

• Aquaprene Wettable Powder is designed for liquid
  application on the ground or aerially
• SmartDose allows for liquid pre-hatch application
• WP can be applied to dry sites as a liquid up to
  14 days prior to flooding
• WP can be applied post-hatch on all larval stages
  (up to early 4ths)
• Aquaprene WP typically controls one to two broods
• One WSP pouch treats 5 acres
• WP can be used to make sand granules and applied
  pre-hatch
• WP has supplemental label for tank mix with Bti
  liquid

Aquaprene Tossits

• The revolutionary Tossit formulation will change
  the way ground larviciding is done
• Time consuming wading back and forth in sites to
  apply granule or liquid swath applications is no
  longer necessary
• Control is achieved by simply throwing one Tossit
  WSP for each 1/8 acre (5,445 sq. ft.), anywhere
  within a site
• Tossits disperse S-Methoprene over the entire
  site even in dense vegetation

• Tossits can be applied to dry sites up to 21 days
  prior to flooding (pre-hatch)
• Tossits can be applied post-hatch on all larval
  stages (up to early 4ths)
• Tossits typically control one to two broods
• Tossits do not require application equipment or
  special training to apply

Aquaprene Granules

• Aquaprene Granules were developed to provide a
  mosquito control programs with a single brood
  granule which can be applied pre-flood
  (pre-hatch)
• Features a uniformly, high density sand core
  granule for improved vegetation penetration
• Expands treatment window from pre-hatch up to
  early 4th instar
• Aquaprene Granules typically control one to two
  broods
• Cost competitive alternative to Bti granules on a
  per acre basis

• Aquaprene XL Granules provide a clean, cost
  competitive alternative to pellets
• XL Granules are made using uniform sand particles
  for improved calibration and application accuracy
• Improved vegetation penetration with high density
  sand core granule

  control

  specifically for catch basins

• Large XL Catch Basin Briquet provides up to 170
  day residual
• Briquets have maximum mass for long lasting
  control, yet will slip through catch basin grates
• Briquets are specially formulated to be clean to
