• One bad thing that changed from 2008 was less
  participation from the general membership

What did the leadership do about it?

• Adapt to needs of the membership
• Changed cost to attend venues from 20 to 5
• Programs met needs of membership
• Tried to appeal to people outside of ARMA Hawaii

• 100 ARMA International Education Fund
