Citys Senior Center.

D.R. Hortons ELAN at Dublin Station project is
currently under construction at the East Dublin
/ Pleasanton BART Station. The 257-unit for-sale

affordable units.

Pinn Brothers is developing Silvera Ranch, a
for-sale residential project that includes 257
units (townhomes and single-family homes). There
are 26 units in this project that are affordable.
