Camellia Place
Construction is complete on EAHs 112-unit

Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station. This rental
project is available to low and very-low income
residents.

The City of Dublin provided a loan to Eden
Housing for the development of a 53-unit
low-income Senior Housing project adjacent to the
Citys Senior Center.

Elan at Dublin Station
D.R. Hortons ELAN at Dublin Station project is
currently under construction at the East Dublin
/ Pleasanton BART Station. The 257-unit for-sale
project includes 25 townhomes and 232
condominiums. This project includes 26
affordable units.

Pinn Brothers is developing Silvera Ranch, a
for-sale residential project that includes 257
units (townhomes and single-family homes). There
are 26 units in this project that are affordable.
