Aim of standards.
  • Have a positive role in enhancing the wellbeing
    of all children, especially those from poorer
    backgrounds
  • Achieve a significant increase in the quality of
    foods provided during school meals
  • Protect and encourage uptake of school meals
  • Be supported by a school environment which
    encourages healthy food choice throughout the day
